Case Study – Color Correction: Recoloring a Photo

My client took some photos that came out “orangey” and needed them to have more natural coloring. He sent the orange photo along side an example photo of what he wanted it to look like. 
Using the “Color Adjustment” panel in Photoshop, I adjusted the color balance by decreasing some of the reds and increasing some of the yellows and blues. The final results of this color correction project is below. My client didn’t think recoloring a photo was possible but he was thrilled with the results!
